Rider's Roost MC Resort and Campground (http://www.ridersroost.com/index2.html)
As far as I'm concerned, the best BIKER campground in the eastern U.S. Stop by and pay a visit to Uncle Roy 'n BC, and enjoy one of the several bashes they throw each year. Located in western North Carolina near Lenoir and Boone.

Ironhorse MC Campground and Lodge (http://www.ironhorsenc.com)
A little more upscale motorcycle campground with some very nice amenities...but also a little more straightlaced than Rider's Roost. But if yer not into the party scene, and are lookin for a really nice campground and lodge, this is the place. Located in western North Carolina in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains...close to the Cherohala Skyway and the infamous Tail of the Dragon.

The Madison Inn in Black Mountain, NC (http://www.madisonsblackmountain.com)
This isn't a motorcycle oriented place, but it's definitely worth a visit. We've stayed there many times on our runs into North Carolina, and they are very accomodating. It's not a foo foo place, and the room rates include a delicious breakfast. Located 'bout fifteen miles east of Asheville, NC in Black Mountain.

Four Fish Inn (http://www.4fishinn.com)
On yer next fun down the east coast of Florida...and ya wanna taste of the old fashioned motels of Florida's yesteryear...ya gotta check out this place. The place has been recently, and completely, remodeled and is located convenient to several eateries...try Conchy Joes just a couple miles north.

Kickstand Lodge (http://kickstandlodge.com)
A nice motorcycle campground just 'round the corner from the Ironhorse. It's not quite as upscale as the Ironhorse, but then, not nearly as expensive either.
Ironhorse Stables (http://www.ironhorsestables.com)
I've not stayed at this place, but have heard it from others that it's a good place to bunk in the land of the Ozarks of northwest Arkansas.

A good selection of leather goods, excellent service, and quality products. I have personally ordered several items from them, and was very pleased with each order.

Timber Wolf Leather (http://store.fastcommerce.com/home_TimberWolfLeather.html)
Tim is an excellent leathersmith, and offers a good selection of hand crafted items to customize yer scoot. Keep an eye on his site, as he occassionally offers one-of-a-kind pieces that would make any rider proud.

Biker Rags (http://www.bikerrags.com)
Located in Knoxville, TN, and has a good selection of motorcycle clothing and accessories. If ya get the chance, stop in their shop and check out their collection of vintage motorcycles scattered 'round the store.

Saraceni Bags (http://www.saracenibags.com)
Just can't say enough 'bout the bags this place sells. I have one of the eight-inch diameter handlebar bags for our leathers, and it's stood up to the tortures of overstuffin and thousands of miles of ridin cross country. They're tuff and seemingly indestructible.

IMT Jac_Knife Highway Pegs (http://www.imtnebraska.com/index.htm)
The makers of a unique set of highway pegs for floorboards. The fit up under the floorboards, and flip out like a knife blade. Unfortunately, they don't make 'em for the Softail Deluxe's floorboards yet, but as soon as they do, I can guarantee you I'll have a set.

Rain-Off Overgloves (http://www.rain-off.com)
The folks at Rain-Off make a truly waterproof and rugged pair of overgloves. I have a pair of these things, and if they have kept my hands dry in the stuff I've put 'em thru, then they are indeed waterproof...not to mention, they have good wind block qualities and keep yer hands warmer in cold weather. Check 'em out...they're worth every penny in my opinion.

Laser Craft (http://shotglasses.lasercraft.ca)
I stumbled across this site while researchin sources of etched shot glasses to commemorate a cross country ride we took. They will laser etch your choice of wording, and stock graphic (or your own custom graphic) for a very reasonable price per dozen. Quality work!
